Training on NMR interpretation Strategies [SP-12E] – NEW
Briefly refresh basics of NMR interpretation. You will be able to retrieve comprehensive and verified facts from 13C- and 1H-NMR spectra as well as to assign virtually all signals in terms of molecule constitution. Focus is on two-dimensional NMR experiments.
Students, scientists and lab technicians in organic synthesis.
- Evaluation of data given in one-dimensional spectra, e.g. coupling constants
- HMBC, ROESY, HSQC, COSY – combined information of these spectra
- Comprehensive determination of molecule constitution. Not content of this course: determination of configuration/conformation; NMR of biopolymers (like nucleotides, proteins); mechanisms beyond spectra, design and operation of NMR experiments (like pulse sequences); spectra edition (e.g. MNova, TopSpin); nuclides other than 13C and 1H.
